You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, staying current on industry trends to keep our rewards programs competitive. The role emphasizes process discipline, stakeholder engagement and opportunities to drive automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in mobility and rewards; expatriate and compensation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday) and Excel-based analysis advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobility programme for international assignees, review policy/benefits, liaise with vendors, and handle tax/assignment tasks.
• Support annual compensation programme; perform compensation analysis and prepare Remuneration Committee materials.
• Review remuneration components for market competitiveness, including bonus accruals.
• Structure award buy-outs and guaranteed bonuses.
