Qualifications

• Test device hardware and software using diagnostic tools to find faults.
• Replace cracked screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and housing components.
• Perform micro-soldering and motherboard repairs when required.
• Explain repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to clients.
• Track spare parts and manage repair logs or invoices.
• Knowledge of major mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and hardware structures.
• Experience ranging from entry-level (with in-house training provided) to 2–4 years of hands-on device servicing.
• Good communication, patience, and attention to detail when handling delicate parts.
