Job summary

SUNMAX TELECOMS PTE. LTD. is seeking capable technicians to service mobile devices. You will diagnose hardware and software using diagnostic tools, explain options to customers, and document repair logs.

You will perform screens, batteries, cameras, and charging port replacements, with micro-soldering for advanced repairs as required, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of major mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
• Hands-on device service experience up to 2–4 years with in-house training available.
• Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail when handling delicate parts.

• Diagnostics & Testing: Test device hardware and software using diagnostic tools to find faults.
• Hardware Repair: Replace cracked screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and housing components.
• Advanced Repair: Perform micro-soldering and motherboard repairs when required.
• Customer Service: Explain repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to clients.
• Inventory Management: Track spare parts and manage repair logs or invoices.
