Job summary

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices.
• Perform hardware and software fault diagnosis, testing and servicing.
• Replace defective components such as screens, batteries and charging ports.
• Conduct functional testing and quality checks before returning devices to customers.
• Handle warranty and non-warranty repair services.
• Maintain accurate records of repair jobs and device status.
• Provide technical support and explain repair issues to customers.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend solutions.
• Maintain repair tools and spare parts inventory.
• Follow data protection and device handling procedures.
• Support the shop team with technical advice.
