Job summary

OCEANDA HR PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose, repair, and test a range of mobile devices, including iPhone and Android models, with strong customer service focus.

You will interact with customers in-store and over the phone, prioritize tasks, and ensure accurate quotes and timely repairs. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask between repair work and customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of customer service best practice with previous experience.
• Ability to repair a variety of mobile devices (iPhone, Samsung, LG, Motorola, Sony, Huawei and OnePlus).
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
• Knowledge of mobile devices including manufacturers, operating systems, and network service providers.
• Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mobile devices;
• Quality control and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality;
• Resolve/manage customer inquiries;
• Interact positively with customers at the storefront and over the phone;
• Multi-task between repairs and customer service;
• Maintain and use repair tools and equipment;
• Plan the order of operations to ensure a successful repair;
• Provide estimates and quotes;
• Repair logic board issues from water damage;
• Identify assembly and documentation issues;
