Job summary

ONEMT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled UI Artist to design intuitive interfaces for mobile games, including menus, HUDs, and in-game UI components.

You will create high-quality 2D UI assets and animations, bringing visuals to life with fluid motion and personality. You will collaborate with designers and developers to integrate artwork, iterate based on feedback, and maintain visual consistency for live-ops, marketing and diverse project needs.

Qualifications

• Education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Art, or related field / experience.
• Proven experience as a game artist specializing in UI design for mobile games.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a startup-like environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to integrate artwork seamlessly into the game, ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
• Iterate on UI designs based on feedback from the team and playtesting, striving for continuous improvement and polish.
• Generate art assets and maintain visual consistency for live-ops events, marketing initiatives, and diverse project needs.
• Work closely with other artists and developers to ensure the visual direction is cohesive across all aspects of the game.

Job Requirements:

• Education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Art, or related field / experience.
• Proven experience as a game artist specializing in UI design for mobile games.
• Strong proficiency in digital art tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a startup-like environment.
• Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for the role of art and design in creating memorable gaming experiences.
• Bonus points for experience in launched & live games.
• Bonus points for experience in 2D animation, visual effects, concept art, illustration.
