Job summary

Doctor Anywhere Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant, Mobile Services (Locum) to provide operational support to our mobile team of doctors and nurses across Singapore. You will coordinate appointments, deploy staff, manage equipment handover, and ensure timely medical claims and reports.

The role requires adaptability in a start-up environment, strong communication, and travel to various on-site locations. The position reports to the Manager, Mobile Services and requires rostered shifts on weekdays and

Qualifications

Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite tools, and computer literacy.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate on-site, home-based, and in-clinic appointments across channels.
Deploy mobile doctors and nurses for on-site and home-based services with optimal time/route use.
Handover and inventory management for equipment.
Submit medical claims timely per government regulations.
Generate and upload medical reports to clients.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text promptly.
Provide operational support at on-site events.
Liaise with external labs for specimen collection and processing.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
