Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) is seeking a senior MLOps leader to build scalable AI/ML platforms for SDF across edge and cloud environments. You will drive enterprise-scale ML transformations, lead cross-functional teams, and shape Infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and data strategies for production-grade deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 6+ years in MLOps/AI/Cloud/DevOps in manufacturing environments.
• 4+ years building ML software at scale, globally or regionally.
• 2+ years of direct people management in software/ML teams.
• Experience coordinating AI/ML projects including data handling and model training/testing (NLP/LLM).
• CKA, AWS or other cloud/DevOps certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for MLOps edge and cloud infrastructure transformations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; monitor progress and report risks and mitigations.
• Manage AI projects from planning to deployment and monitoring.
• Lead migrations for edge and cloud, optimizing performance, security, and cost.
• Develop and enforce MLOps best practices, tools, and standards.
• Mentor engineers, develop training materials, and run workshops.
• Collaborate with Software Architects, Product Owners, Data Scientists, and DevOps teams.
