Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) seeks a key expert in automated manufacturing capabilities to lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of OT automation across sites.

You will collaborate globally, define IT/OT architecture, drive innovation, and mentor teams while delivering scalable, secure automation solutions and robust data integration with historians and analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or 10+ years of Automation Controls experience.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of automation experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with accelerated sites and cross-functional squads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation OT roadmap discussions and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with site automation engineers and accelerate plants.
• Define infrastructure and network requirements for IT/OT separation.
• Manage projects end-to-end and coordinate with global regional teams.
• Develop reports and technical documents for stakeholders.
