Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) seeks a technical leader to drive digital maintenance software solutions. You will collaborate with maintenance teams, software developers, IoT/PLC engineers, and data scientists to automate maintenance processes and advance AI-powered solutions.

You will lead an agile squad, plan and deploy applications across SG and global operations, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, secure OT/IT integrations while delivering measurable efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or at least 10 years of relevant technical and software application deployment experience.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, Scrum, and software deployment.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects for accelerated sites and collaborate closely with cross-functional squads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and use cases.
• Interface with corporate areas to prepare technical documents, presentations, and reports.
• Develop digital applications for maintenance, including LLMs, predictive maintenance solutions, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead maintenance-related application deployment within a Scrum team or as a Product Owner.
• Manage Scrum Product Owner activities, sprint execution, and bug tracking.
• Support the monitoring of projects involving IT and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Work with OT and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
