Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) leads digital transformation to enable autonomous manufacturing across Hyundai’s global plants. The role defines technology roadmaps and delivers enterprise-grade middleware for industrial connectivity, cloud, AI, LCNC, MLOps, and edge computing.

As a Project Director, you will guide multiple engineering teams, drive governance, and partner with global stakeholders to accelerate software-defined manufacturing and generate measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years in industrial connectivity, IIoT, cloud platforms, or digital manufacturing.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale platforms.
• Proven global rollout experience across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, AI infra, and enterprise AI deployment.
• Experience with edge computing and OT cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the autonomous manufacturing vision for HMGICS as center of excellence.
• Lead multi-year strategic technology roadmaps and business case presentations.
• Collaborate with regional teams to capture Voice of Customer and use cases.
• Partner with CEO and CFOs to ensure business impact is verified.
• Oversee software technology partners and ensure governance and support.
• Provide leadership and nurture a high-performance, values-driven culture.
• Drive platform scalability, standardization, and reusable capabilities.
