Job summary

You will mentor data scientists, ensure data integrity, and partner with software architects and product teams to deliver scalable ML solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or ML-related field.
• 6+ years in MLOps/AI/Cloud/DevOps in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in people management leading software/ML teams.
• Experience coordinating AI/ML projects and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for MLOps edge and cloud infrastructure transformation.
• Lead a team of data scientists on AI and MLOps strategies.
• Establish and refine MLOps best practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and develop career progression; deliver performance reviews.
