Job summary

TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD is seeking a back-office operations support professional to handle data extraction, MIS reporting, and regulatory submissions for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres. You will oversee trade processing, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate across teams to deliver timely information.

The role requires a degree with 2+ years in banking or related fields, proficiency in MS Office with macros, and experience with data extraction tools and MIS.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Banking or related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office software including macros to support data analysis and reporting.
• Competence in using data extraction tools and management information systems for operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to extract data for MIS, audit, and regulatory requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to compile and submit management information, regulatory reports, and audit data on OTC Derivative products.
• Set up market rules and approve trades from the Pretrade Validation queue to ensure compliance with trading policies.
• Manage subaccount openings for Trade Processing and Corporate Action teams to support operational workflows.
• Participate in User-Acceptance-Testing to validate system changes and enhancements.
• Uphold standards of honesty, integrity, due care, diligence, fair dealing, conflict of interest management, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with relevant teams to fulfill regulatory requirements and ensure data extraction follows need-to-know principles with proper approvals and controls.
• Complete mandatory trainings to maintain competence and compliance.
• Review operational processes to identify risks and implement mitigating controls with a risk and control mindset.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to facilitate smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate initiative, passion, and teamwork to excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
