Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking an experienced Trade Operations professional in Singapore focused on Regulatory Reporting to join a fast-paced trading environment. You will work closely with Front Office, Operations, and global stakeholders across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in banking/regulatory reporting operations.
• Hands-on MAS and HKMA trade reporting experience.
• Strong control mindset and meticulous output.
• Experience with OTC derivatives and Murex.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA/Macros; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory reporting BAU and projects meet timelines.
• Review regulatory reporting against MAS and HKMA requirements.
• Manage day-to-day reporting exceptions and controls.
• Assess risk controls and compliance with MAS/HKMA obligations.
• Document processes with clear explanations.
• Collaborate with Compliance on regulatory changes.
• Support IT system enhancements and process improvements.
• Contribute to new product implementations ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations and regional stakeholders.
