Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a regulatory reporting and accounting professional in Singapore to support banking operations and regulatory compliance.

You will prepare regulatory reports, maintain documentation, and perform day-to-day accounting including AR/AP and treasury processing. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting with at least 5 years in banking, strong Excel and Word skills, and keen analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong team-player mindset with eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and enhance documentation related to regulatory reporting processes.
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities including accounts receivable and payable.
• Process treasury transactions and execute payment operations.
• Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, GST returns, and tax schedules.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
