Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a skilled middleware operations professional to support global production services. You will ensure reliability and stability across technical scopes and collaborate with development and business teams on project deliverables.

The role involves automation of production processes, performance hygiene, and participation in DevOps disciplines such as CI/CD, monitoring, and compliance. Shift work and on-call support are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the listed technical platforms.
• Proficient with Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems.
• Solid understanding of ITIL Service Management: Incident, Problem, Change.

Responsibilities

• Provide global production service operations support for middleware technologies and platforms.
• Ensure overall service reliability, availability and stability of technical scopes.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve incidents, problems, service requests and changes.
