Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned middleware engineer to provide 24x7 operational support for multiple middleware platforms. You will participate in shift rotations, handle on-call support, major incident management, and disaster recovery activities to ensure service availability and business continuity.

You will coordinate with global teams to deliver round-the-clock coverage, manage incidents, and contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning across Development, Test, UAT, and Production

Qualifications

• Six+ years IT work experience in architecting, implementing and/or managing virtual infrastructure environments.
