Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is seeking an experienced Microsoft Exchange Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise messaging environment and lead the migration of on-premises Exchange services to Exchange Online / Microsoft 365. You will manage Exchange Server infrastructure and ensure high availability across multiple data centres.

Responsibilities include mailbox migrations, incident management, troubleshooting, security configuration, and collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 or later in a large enterprise.
• Strong experience with multi-node DAGs and cross-data-centre deployments.
• Hands-on Exchange Online / Microsoft 365 migration and admin experience.
• Experience with SCOM and Splunk; PowerShell scripting ability.
• Familiarity with BMC Remedy, AppViewX and Trend Micro is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
