Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Exchange Engineer to lead the migration of on-premises Exchange services to Exchange Online / Microsoft 365 for a large enterprise environment.

The role will manage Exchange Server 2016+ with multi-node DAGs across multiple data centres, perform mailbox migrations, and handle incidents while ensuring high availability and SLA compliance. Proficiency in PowerShell, SCOM and Splunk is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Server 2016+ in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with multi-node DAGs, clustering and Exchange infrastructure across data centres.
• Hands-on migration and administration of Exchange Online / Microsoft 365.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, monitoring tools (SCOM, Splunk).
• Familiarity with remediation tools such as Remedy, AppViewX, Trend Micro is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead mailbox migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online / Microsoft 365.
• Manage and support Exchange Server 2016+ across multiple data centres with DAGs.
• Troubleshoot mail flow issues, manage incidents, and provide BAU operational support.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, SLA performance, and implement security policies and change controls.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Use PowerShell scripting and monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency.
