Qualifications

• Experience in technology sales, marketing, alliances, or partner engagement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market resources.
• Ability to translate technical programs into clear business value for partners.
• Must hold valid right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Enable Microsoft-focused growth strategies to help MSPs acquire new customers and expand security practices.
• Support partners in developing security offerings tailored to customer needs and market opportunities.
• Help partners maximize Microsoft investments using programs, incentives, and funding opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights and targeting tools to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and new customer opportunities.
• Establish strong operational rhythms with partners and Microsoft stakeholders to drive accountability and program adoption.
• Lead scalable demand generation and partner activation initiatives across webinars, campaigns, events, email, and social channels.
• Translate complex Microsoft programs into actionable growth opportunities for partners.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences and measurable outcomes.
