Job summary

LPS in Singapore is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to drive delivery, support, security, and governance of enterprise M365 services. This role combines deep technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with strong stakeholder engagement and security governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, or enterprise support environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring support/operations teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and CAB governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Microsoft 365 administration, support, and operational activities.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison with Information Security stakeholders, ensuring alignment with security and governance requirements.
• Manage and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related workloads.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Drive incident management, problem management, and RCA for complex issues.
• Lead change management activities, including CAB reviews and implementation planning.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, security policies, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure services.
• Support Azure tenant administration and integration with Microsoft 365.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and automation.
