Job summary

Experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer is sought for a leading bank in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering enterprise-grade M365 engineering, deployment, migrations, and L3 support across global teams.

You will design and manage Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, lead cloud adoption initiatives, and ensure security/compliance with Entra ID, DLP, retention and eDiscovery. PowerShell automation and strong stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 / Office 365 engineering in enterprise environments.
Experience designing, implementing and managing Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Lead M365 rollouts, migrations, upgrades and cloud adoption initiatives across global teams.
Provide L3 support, troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure service stability.
Manage Entra ID/Azure AD, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, audit and M365 security/compliance requirements.
Develop automation and operational improvements using PowerShell.

Responsibilities
