ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to lead tenant design, configuration, and administration. You will work directly with customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

You will design and configure Microsoft 365 tenants, administer environments for stability and security, and plan migrations and implementations. Onsite collaboration with clients will be essential to gather requirements and guide technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and security controls.

Responsabilités

• Design and configure Microsoft 365 tenants to meet client requirements and optimize system performance.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments to maintain operational stability and security.
• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 implementation and migration projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders onsite to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues.
• Apply networking knowledge to support integration and connectivity of Microsoft 365 services within client infrastructures.
• Implement basic cybersecurity controls to safeguard Microsoft 365 environments and protect client data.
