Job summary

HCL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Operations Specialist to oversee identity management, access control, and governance across Microsoft 365. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in IAM, security controls, and authentication support.

You will manage user provisioning, Entra ID, conditional access, SharePoint Online and Teams governance, and support audits. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years IAM experience in Microsoft 365 are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management within Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorisation, and access-control concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, RBAC, and conditional access.
• Experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams access governance.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support identity lifecycle activities, including user provisioning, account modification, and de-provisioning.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID security groups and role-based access controls.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of conditional access policies.
• Enforce identity and collaboration security policies across Microsoft 365.
• Manage governance and access controls for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Investigate and resolve authentication and access-related incidents.
• Support audits, access reviews, and compliance checks for Microsoft 365 services.
• Maintain identity and access management procedures and documentation.
