Job summary
AVATAR MODERN TECHNO SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Microsoft 365 Expert to design, administer, and secure enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. You will drive governance, security, compliance, and identity management across the suite, with a focus on end‑to‑end optimization and user enablement.
The role covers Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, Defender, and Viva, requiring automation and strong collaboration with IT and security teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud collaboration technologies and governance.
Responsibilities
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, and Viva.
- Design, implement governance, security, compliance, and identity management.
- Manage Exchange Online mail flow, connectors, and hybrid deployments.
- Lead migrations and integrations of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 workloads.
- Configure Purview: DLP, Labels, Information Protection, eDiscovery, Records Management.
- Implement Entra ID: Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, PIM, Identity Governance.
- Administer Defender security solutions and handle security incidents.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate, and related tools.
- Monitor platform health and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide Level 3/4 support and resolve major incidents.
- Establish standards and governance for M365 services.
- Collaborate with IT/security/business teams to maximize value.
- Maintain architecture diagrams and documentation.
