in Singapore seeks a skilled Microsoft 365 specialist to administer and optimize our cloud collaboration platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, and Viva. You will design governance and security controls, lead migrations and upgrades, implement Defender and IAM practices, and automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph API, while coordinating with IT and security stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Deep expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, IAM, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with Purview and Defender Suite.
• Proficient with PowerShell and Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, and Viva.
• Design, implement, and maintain governance, security, compliance, and identity management.
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and email security.
• Lead migrations, deployments, upgrades, and integrations of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Configure Purview solutions: DLP, sensitivity labels, information protection, eDiscovery, and Records.
• Implement Entra ID services: CA, MFA, SSO, PIM, Identity Governance.
• Administer Defender security solutions and respond to incidents and threats.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate.
• Monitor platform health and service availability; identify improvements.
• Provide Level 3/4 support and lead major incident resolutions.
• Establish operational standards and governance for M365 services.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and stakeholders to maximize value.
• Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, procedures.
