Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 Administrator to join its IT team. You will manage Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory to ensure reliable user access.

Responsibilities include implementing security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, DLP), managing VPNs and network devices, performing patching, backups, and daily user support for Windows and Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in monitoring, administering, and maintaining Microsoft 365 email systems, particularly Exchange Online.
• Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, IT operations, or cybersecurity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Active Directory, network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint administration, and IT security controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Manage Active Directory: user provisioning, permissions, group policies, and accounts.
• Implement and monitor Microsoft 365 security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, DLP).
• Support network infrastructure: firewalls, site-to-site and remote VPNs.
• Provide user support for Windows, Office, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor servers and endpoints; troubleshoot issues.
• Support deployment, migration, configuration, and tenant administration.
• Regular maintenance: patching, backup, recovery, updates.
• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
