Job summary

PANELCRAFT PTE. LTD. is seeking skilled workers to join our renovation team as Microcement / Tiling / Plastering Specialists, delivering high-quality surface finishes on residential and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in surface finishing, tiling, plastering, skim coat, waterproofing, or microcement application, can work independently or in a team, and are eager to learn. Training and steady project-based work are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in microcement, tiling, plastering or renovations is preferred.
• Able to use basic construction and renovation tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces before microcement application.
• Apply microcement on floors, walls, bathrooms, countertops, and feature areas.
• Install floor and wall tiles according to project requirements.
• Measure, cut, align, and lay tiles accurately.
• Perform plastering, skim coating and surface leveling.
• Repair uneven walls and patches.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas after completing tasks.

We are looking for skilled and hardworking workers to join our renovation team as Microcement / Tiling / Plastering Specialists.

This position is suitable for candidates who have hands‑on experience in surface finishing, tiling, plastering, skim coat, waterproofing, or microcement application. You will be involved in renovation and finishing works for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and smooth project completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

Microcement Works

• Prepare surfaces before microcement application.
• Apply microcement on floors, walls, bathrooms, countertops, and feature areas.
• Ensure smooth finishing, proper layering, and neat workmanship.
• Carry out sealing and final touch‑up works.

Tiling Works

• Install floor and wall tiles according to project requirements.
• Measure, cut, align, and lay tiles accurately.
• Apply tile adhesive, grout, and finishing works properly.
• Ensure tiles are level, neat, and properly aligned.

Plastering Works

• Perform plastering, skim coating, wall patching, and surface levelling.
• Repair uneven walls, cracks, and damaged surfaces.
• Prepare walls and floors before painting, tiling, or microcement work.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas after completing tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in microcement, tiling, plastering, skim coat, or renovation work is preferred.
• Able to use basic construction and renovation tools.
• Good workmanship and attention to detail.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to follow supervisor instructions and project requirements.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Candidates with renovation site experience will be an advantage.
