Job summary

Onederful Kontractor is seeking a hands-on construction professional in Singapore to lead tile laying, plastering, and wet trade activities on active sites. You will supervise site operations, coordinate materials and schedules, and prepare cost estimations in a dynamic environment.

You must be willing to work night shifts and weekends, with availability for a 5.5-day work week schedule, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on all projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in tile laying and plastering on construction sites.
• Ability to estimate costs and assist budgeting for projects.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
• Class 3 Singapore driving licence (if available) to support site mobility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects by monitoring progress and quality to ensure timely and compliant completion.
• Lay tiles and perform plastering work accurately following project specifications and standards.
• Apply wet trade knowledge to support and optimize site activities and workflows.
• Arrange and coordinate work schedules and procure materials to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and cost evaluations to support project budgeting and planning.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee site works to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
