Job summary

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tiler to join our construction team. You will prepare surfaces, cut tiles to fit around obstacles, and lay tiles precisely with proper alignment for durable finishes.

You will apply grout, address damaged tiles, and ensure workmanship meets high quality and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in wall and floor tiling.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Capable of preparing surfaces and applying adhesives or waterproofing.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine tile layout.
• Prepare surfaces for tiling (cleaning, leveling, applying adhesives or waterproofing).
• Cut tiles using hand and power tools to fit around obstacles and edges.
• Lay and align tiles evenly using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Apply grout and clean excess materials for a polished finish.
• Repair and replace broken or damaged tiles as needed.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
