Job summary

JKH Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced plasterer to perform plastering and finishing works across multiple project sites in Singapore. You will handle wall plastering, surface preparation and skim coating, contributing to quality finishes and timely project delivery.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to work at different sites, and safe, independent teamwork. Overtime may be required with a focus on workmanship and site safety.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in plastering or construction finishing works preferred.
• Knowledge of cement plastering, patching and skim coating.
• Able to perform physically demanding work and work at different project sites.
• Able to use common plastering tools and equipment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external wall plastering works.
• Prepare surfaces before plastering, including cleaning and removing loose materials.
• Mix and apply cement, mortar and plaster materials according to job requirements.
• Apply plaster evenly to walls, ceilings and other surfaces.
• Perform patching, skim coating and repair of damaged or uneven surfaces.
• Ensure surfaces are properly levelled, smooth and ready for painting or other finishing works.
• Carry out minor hacking and surface preparation when required.
• Handle and maintain plastering tools and equipment properly.
• Follow site instructions, drawings and work schedules.
• Maintain good housekeeping at the worksite.
• Comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Perform other construction or renovation-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
