Job summary

ONEDERFUL KONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead tile laying, plastering and wet trade activities on site in Singapore.

You will oversee progress, coordinate materials, and ensure projects meet specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires coordinating schedules, preparing cost estimations, and guiding crew through fast-paced site environments. Willingness to work nights and weekends and a 5.5-day week are preferred to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Tile laying and plastering experience
• Experience with wet trades on construction sites
• Ability to coordinate site operations and procurement of materials
• Prepare cost estimations and take-offs for projects

Job Summary

Perform hands on tile laying and plastering work .Supervise construction projects with expertise in tile laying, plastering, and wet trade activities. Manage site operations, coordinate materials procurement, and prepare cost estimations to ensure efficient project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects by monitoring progress and quality to ensure timely and compliant completion
• Lay tiles and perform plastering work accurately following project specifications and standards
• Apply wet trade knowledge to support and optimize site activities and workflows
• Arrange and coordinate work schedules and procure materials to meet project timelines and requirements
• Prepare detailed cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and cost evaluations to support project budgeting and planning
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to maintain project momentum
• Oversee site works to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold a Class 3 Singapore driving licence (if available) to support site mobility
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required
• Availability for a 5.5-day work week schedule
