Job summary

Constellar Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing key client accounts in the MICE sector.

You will collaborate with Event Management Services and Operations, oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiations, and maintain accurate CRM records while delivering tailored venue solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Events Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Venue/Events Sales.
• Experience in MICE, events, exhibitions, or venue management is advantageous.
• Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews with clients.
• Oversee full sales lifecycle from lead generation to post-event relationship management.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records; ensure seamless event delivery.
