You will manage budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts, while ensuring flawless execution of MICE events. Expect evenings and weekends for live events, with travel when required. Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in MICE
• Confident communicator
• Organised, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure
• Open to travel and flexible working hours when events call for it
• A team player with a strong “can-do, let’s-go” attitude

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to bring events to life
• Keep budgets, timelines, contracts, and deliverables on track
• Be part of live events on-site (evenings and weekends)
• Ensure events run smoothly and look professional
