• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their event requirements and recommending tailored event packages.
• Conduct venue tours and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to showcase event offerings and secure bookings.
• Promote comprehensive event packages including venue, catering, audiovisual, and related services to maximize sales revenue.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with operations and event planning teams to communicate event details and support smooth execution.
• Provide on-site support during events as needed to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of cost of sales expenses and track leads, sales activities, and client interactions for management decisions.
• Prepare regular sales and project reports for management to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple client engagements and sales activities while meeting deadlines.
