Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Event Management.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or MICE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to engage clients.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients to expand event sales.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding event requirements and proposing tailored packages.
• Conduct venue tours and deliver presentations to showcase offerings and secure bookings.
• Promote event packages including venue, catering, AV, and related services to maximize revenue.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client expectations.
• Collaborate with operations and planning teams to communicate event details for smooth execution.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure client satisfaction and delivery.
• Maintain records of costs, leads, activities, and client interactions for management decisions.
• Prepare regular sales and project reports to monitor performance and opportunities.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple client engagements and deadlines.
