Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced professional to support event planning and documentation. You will contact clients, document technical requirements, prepare run-downs, equipment lists, and floor plans for internal review and customer confirmation.

In this role, you will help schedule resources, coordinate logistics with vendors, and provide on-site support during load-in, live operations, and load-out, ensuring adherence to service standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AV production, event technical services, or live event operations.
• Exposure to event planning documentation and on-site coordination with vendors/contractors.
• Basic proficiency in AV software and CAD drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clients, plan/coordinate meetings, and document event needs and technical requirements.
• Prepare service orders, technical riders, run-downs, equipment lists, and floor plans.
• Support scheduling, logistics, vendor liaison, and on-site event delivery.
• Attend production meetings, site recce sessions, load-in/load-out coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor event-related costs and assist in internal requests and documentation for processes.
