Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Competent with operating property management system.
• Works closely with team managers and other departments to ensure guests’ requests are followed through.
• Handle various equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Process guest requests and forward to appropriate department as needed.
• Attend departmental meetings and briefings.
• Contribute ideas to improving MICE operations within LBS.
• Opening/closing of Business Centre, Mail & Package Centre, and Mailroom.
• Manage meeting room bookings and provide secretarial support.
• Manage courier shipments and transactions.
