Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is seeking a data analytics expert to turn data into decisions for shaping product strategy and growth across Southeast Asia and beyond. You will monitor performance with SQL, build dashboards, and collaborate across product, operations and compliance to deliver approved features.

You will translate customer needs into actionable insights, analyze market trends, and drive regional roll-outs while maintaining regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree and above in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computing, Economics, Statistics or related fields, graduating by Jul 2027 and joining by Aug 2027.

Responsibilities

• Monitor business performance, customer segment data and market signals using SQL to shape the product roadmap and dashboards.
• Drive end-to-end product development by collaborating with product owners, operations, compliance and other stakeholders to launch features.
• Ensure product roll-outs and regional processes align while adhering to regulatory compliance and risk requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customers' needs and translate them into actionable product design.
• Develop insights into product and market trends and the competitive landscape across the region.
