Job summary

Grab Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to grow GrabFood merchant accounts and drive cross-sell opportunities across GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress. You will report to the Head of Commercial, Singapore, and work onsite in our One North office.

You will build strong merchant relationships, analyze performance data, and partner with internal teams to tailor solutions that boost profitability, GMV, and delivery volumes while ensuring exceptional service and operational

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or business development.
• 3+ years of relevant account management experience.
• Ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive growth for GrabFood.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on profitability, GMV, and delivery volumes.
• Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across Grab's verticals such as GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress.
• Analyze merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimize growth and revenue.
• Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions and regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting, marketing support, and product enhancements for merchants.
