Job summary

EPOS, backed by Ant International and based in Singapore, seeks a Merchant Acquisition Executive to expand its merchant network. This field-based role involves frequent in-person visits, identifying and engaging business owners, presenting EPOS solutions, and driving sign-ups.

You will build relationships, close sales, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or business development, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition or field sales.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and acquire new merchants through active field sales.
• Conduct regular physical visits to retail shops, F&B outlets, service providers, and other businesses to generate sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and market research.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective merchants.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities effectively.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and activation.
