Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking an Intern to support partner engagement, campaign tracking, and administrative financial operations for inbound visitor initiatives.

This role focuses on maintaining campaign records, auditing payouts, and coordinating with the Finance team. Available to commence from now through January/February 2027, you will work with cross-functional teams, maintain real-time dashboards, and help prepare invoices and expense reports under

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data skills with Excel/Sheets.
• Organizational skills to manage master documents and invoices.
• Effective written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the primary campaign tracking document.
• Cross-check payout amounts against partner contracts.
• Prepare payout lists, invoices, and expense reports for Finance.
• Serve as internal contact for routine payout inquiries.
• Update dashboards to show campaign spend and ROI.
• Coordinate meetings and take notes; track action items.
