Job summary

Lagardere Travel Retail Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Merchandising and Buying professional to lead seasonal strategies, manage product selection and OTB, and drive inventory performance across our multi-brand retail network.

You will monitor sell-through, conduct store visits for customer insights, and collaborate with retail teams to optimise stock and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced travel retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field
• 5+ years of merchandising, buying, or retail planning experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or travel retail
• Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory planning, OTB management, and sell-through analysis
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand retail environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal merchandising strategies and action plans to drive sales growth
• Manage seasonal buying, product selection, and assortment planning
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from launch to end-of-season exit
• Manage OTB budgets and ensure alignment with business targets and buying plans
• Monitor stock levels and drive replenishment of best sellers
• Manage markdowns, aged inventory, and stock liquidation activities
• Conduct regular stock balancing across stores to maximise sales opportunities
• Track sales and sell-through performance, identifying opportunities and risks
• Conduct regular store visits and work closely with retail teams to gather customer insights
• Develop and implement action plans to improve product performance and inventory productivity
