Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a merchandising professional to ensure product assortment aligns with brand standards at our Airport Office in Changi Terminal 3. You will coordinate launches, promotions, and inventory to meet consumer demand and support the sales team.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A degree in Business or related field, strong analytical and Excel skills, and excellent communication are required to build supplier relationships and prepare performance reports on product

Responsibilities

• Ensure product merchandising aligns with brand and company standards.
• Conduct regular market analysis to assess product performance and competition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends and merchandising effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for all categories.
• Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships.
• Develop, implement and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers' needs and brand imaging.
• Develop and implement promotional plans.
• Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales report.
• Monitor and report sales activities and follow up for management.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.
