Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Singapore offers a holistic internship across Merchandising and Client Development to support business growth locally. The intern will contribute to commercial performance, client engagement initiatives, and key retail moments, including product launches, in-store activations, and client events.

You will gain hands-on experience in daily operations, data analysis with Excel and Power BI, and cross-functional collaboration with stores and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.
• Commit from 1 January to 30 June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support daily merchandising operations across product categories, including reports and sales performance monitoring.
• Analyze sales data using Excel, NEMO, and Power BI to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stores to drive sales targets and optimize stock distribution with Supply Chain.
• Provide qualitative feedback on new launches and in-store performance.
• Assist in market analysis and preparation of localized product strategies.
• Act as liaison between local stores and regional teams to align on business priorities.
• Support merchandising initiatives such as product trainings, visual merchandising alignment, and store openings.
• Participate in retail activations including styling sessions, trunk shows, and client events.
• Support planning and execution of client events, including vendor sourcing and logistics.
• Coordinate with stores and logistics for deliveries and shipments for events.
• Assist in managing Virtual Bridge requests and client appointments.
