Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore is offering a six-month internship as part of the PIONEERS program to support Retail Excellence projects, enhance customer experience, and provide insights using business intelligence tools across South Asia zone.

You will assist in client experience, clienteling, and retail performance tracking, working with Journey, ICON and Welcome tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability in quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent observational skills in customer interactions.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in the end-to-end in-store customer journey and propose improvements.
• Prepare 'Best Practice' case studies from top stores for sharing across markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service excellence initiatives.
