Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking a proactive Regional Client Relations & Experience Intern for South Asia. You will support client engagement strategies, exclusive experiences, and retail events, collaborating with markets and external partners to enhance the client journey.

You will assist with data reporting, vendor coordination, and market research while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Regional Client Relations & Experience Intern, South Asia

This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent.

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support the South Asia market’s Client Relations & Experience team in executing exceptional client engagement strategies, exclusive experiences, and retail events. This role offers hands-on contributions to driving operational efficiency through accurate reporting, vendor coordination, and market research to elevate the Louis Vuitton client experience.

Job responsibilities

In-Store Events and Project Management

• Support South Asia markets in achieving exceptional client experience standards during key clienteling projects, including fashion launches, high-end events, and store openings. This involves close collaboration with markets and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with external vendors on assets production; ensure seamless coordination from order consolidation to timely delivery to markets.

Exclusive Experiences Coordination

• Manage coordination of client requests for exclusive South Asia experiences.

Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain accuracy of weekly trackers, liaising effectively with markets to ensure timely and precise reporting.
• Create post-event reports for spotlighting best practices and areas for improvement.

Market Research and Innovation

• Conduct comprehensive competitor research and share ideas based on gathered insights to enhance client engagement strategies.

Strategic Initiatives and Workflow Optimization

• Support the development of initiatives aimed at elevating overall client engagement or improving workflow processes.

Events Assistance and Ad-hoc Projects

• Provide administrative support for client events as well as other ad-hoc projects and tasks, when required.

Profile

• An affable team player with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Possess intermediate competence in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Client-Centric with an eye for aesthetics.
• Prior work experience in events or luxury industry will be advantageous.

• Start Date: Internship starting in January - June 2027 for 6 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Singapore, Ngee Ann City Office.
