Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Retail Performance & Learning Intern in Singapore to support client experience initiatives across the Singapore stores. The role focuses on building a community of Client Experience Ambassadors, aligning service standards, and tracking learning programs such as the LV Art of Selling and Experts Academy.

The intern will assist with KPI monitoring, reporting store performance, and coordinating workshops while helping streamline uniform standards and store communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration/coordination.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with a variety of personalities with professionalism.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial approach to project management.

Responsibilities

• Driving a community of Client Experience Ambassadors and monitoring KPI achievement.
• Assist in organizing learning programs such as LV Art of Selling and Experts Academy.
• Support learning workshops from planning to follow-up with stores.
• Liaise with Singapore stores and departments to optimize communication flow.
