Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking a proactive Regional Client Relations & Experience Intern for South Asia. You will support client engagement strategies, exclusive experiences, and retail events, collaborating with markets and external partners to enhance the client journey.

You will assist with data reporting, vendor coordination, and market research while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Affable team player with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in events or luxury industry advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support South Asia events and client engagement projects with cross-market collaboration.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage assets from order to delivery.
• Assist with exclusive experiences coordination for client requests.
• Maintain weekly trackers and prepare post-event reports.
• Conduct market research and share insights to improve engagement strategies.
• Support strategic initiatives and workflow improvements.
• Assist with ad-hoc events and administrative tasks.
