Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager for MEP design and construction across a large-scale integrated resort. Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a prerequisite.
• Competency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required.
• Experience in building services and MEP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initialize project objectives, assessments, plans and budgets.
• Manage contractor onboarding, submittals, safety plans and site activities.
• Coordinate with facilities teams, stakeholders and procurement to drive projects.
• Oversee handover, training, testing and postmortem reporting.
